just get a buzzer and put an attachment on ... the # on the attatchment should be # 1 to get closest to being bald

The wahl clippers are pretty good, that's what I use to cut my hair for the bald look. Don't use an attachment though and you can adjust the blades so they cut even closer, just loosen the two screws and move the blades so they are even then tighten the screws back up. Be careful when you use them because they are real sharp and cut really close.
