OK Bald guys: How do you get a satisfactory head shave?

I have tried electric, clippers and standard blade and foam shaving, and nothing totally takes all my hair off. How do I get TOTALLY slick?

i use the Schick Intuition ladies razor.

I've seen these razors that are specific to shaving one's head. Check your local Wal Mart if you have one.
