It may depend on how high up the shaft of your penis it is. Is it at a level above where any other hair is growing? If so, and it doesn't go away or get smaller in a few days, it would be a good idea to consult a doctor so they can confirm it's not a wart. If ya shaved it.. then all it is a lil razor burn. Try some Witch hazel to stop the infammatory and help it to heal faster. And if your going to shave down there.. use a fresh razor and a good amt of shaving cream so razor burn(bumps) have a less chance of forming.
