Have you ever got your haircut at HALO for Men in Chicago?

in Bucktown on Damen Ave. If so, did they cut your hair with scissors or use clippers? I went to American Male once, but they used clippers to cut my hair - didn't like it. I guess that is what you get for paying only $40.

I've been to the Halo in Lakeview. It was alright, but just alright. I would suggest Guise on Halsted in Lincoln Park, there is a stylist there named Edward that did a really good job on my boyfriend's hair, and he's really silly about his hair. Its another all men salon, but really even if its out of the way for you, I really think it's worth it. Also, most salons, quality salons, will cut your hair with scissors, or scissor over comb. You should be able to give your preference.
