Interesting haircut stories?

Anyone got an interesting haircut story to tell? I used to hate haircuts as a kid /young teen dragged to barber after school hair cut shorter than i wanted id i prefered it longer then. Fringe was always cut high up too . I used to know the odd boy at school too whose dad cut his hair at home with clippers i dont know which was worse home cuts or old man barbers lol. Any male /female haircut stories are welcome thankyou.

my mum took me 2 get my fringe cut for school, i said to the man just eyebrow lenth what did he do but cut it really short, i mean short. i wore a hat 4 2weeks til it got a bit longer then clipped it back. ill never go back there again. lol

When i was about 7 years old my dad wouldnt comb my hair so instead he cut it off. When my mom got home she cried and took me to a hairdresser. I had a boy haircut for at least 6 months!!!

i was cutting a ladies hair

I was chatting away to her and she kept saying pardon... pardon

It was not until I was drying her hair I realised

I had accidently cut her hearing aid wire !!!!

ok you want a great haircut story? when i was 4 or 5 i used to have cute little plaits but i was tomboy and wanted short hair so just before my family was going out to some wedding or something, i cut one of my plaits off and pretended to stick it back on when my dad saw that i had cut it off!!!!! my mum had to style my disastroud hair litterally 5 minutes before we were to go! i remember it quite well! i had the most horrendous hairstyle every until it grew back...

and even when i was about 7 or 8 possibly 9 i really wanted a fringe like all the other girls in my class so i cut my very own fringe....i had a stump of about a cm long wonky fringe hahaha!!!

i should so totally train to become a hairdressers!

I wrote a little song for my hairstylist. I thought it was pretty good. She didn't like it.

It's easy to be critical while she's young and beautiful. Give it 20 years and nobody is going to write anything for her!

I went in for streaks one day, and the lady ended up dying the entire top layer of hair bleach blond! I looked absolutly rediculous!

Another time a lady was thinning my bangs, and was using those thinning shears, and then grapped the wrong ones and cut a good chunk out of my bang. But then i learned that I liked my bangs that way, which was kinda a shaggy, straight across band rather than sideswept. :]

When I was about 8, I watched my mom dry her hair with one of those round brushes that have the teeth all around the cylinder.. she had curled ends from the way she did it. so I tried it, but I curled the brush too far up into my hair and it got stuck.

I bawled until she finally came home and had to cut apart her favorite brush to release it from my tangly hair. I went from past shoulder length hair to right under the ear.. :( I may have well gotten myself a bowl cut.

When I was a child my mother cut my hair before perming and did I hate it. I always wanted long hair like my sister's, but mother kept cutting and cutting. The worst part of all this were the perms. They stunk, itched, and always turned out frizzy and was I self conscious . It was pure torture. Aside from all this I'm including the following joke which expresses hair cuts in the opinion of kids today.

A young boy had just gotten his driving permit. He asked his father, who was a minister, if they could discuss the use of the car. His father took him to his study and said to him, "I'll make a deal with you. You bring your grades up, study your Bible a little and get your hair cut and we'll talk about it."After about a month the boy came back and again asked his father if they could discuss use of the car. They again went to the father's study where his father said, "Son, I've been real proud of you. You have brought your grades up, you've studied your Bible diligently, but you didn't get your hair cut!"

The young man waited a moment and replied, "You know Dad, I've been thinking about that. Samson had long hair, Moses had long hair, Noah had long hair, and even Jesus had long hair...."

To which his father replied, "Yes, and they walked everywhere they went!"

And so did I!

About a year ago I went to get my hair done at a beauty school. The lady that did my hair...had purple, pink, yellow, and light blond hair! I was scared at first...I was thinking maybe she wasn't the best stylist.

Man, I was wrong. She was amazing. She was funny and really did a great job.

I still remember what she said..."Why do they call it International House Of PANCAKES if the walls aren't made of pancakes?"

when i was in primary school i ended up having most of hair shaved off by my parents because they were fed up of it getting into knots. i was really upset and lots of the little kids kept coming up to me and saying " are you a boy or a girl" it got me really upset but it grew back before the next year and i wont let my parents do it again!!

I noticed that a male friend of mine had a little bald spot on the back of his head....it wasnt normal male baldness....it was obviously alopecia as it was round and aboutan inch across...he was very vain and I was trying to work out how to tell him when h asked me if I'd go to the hairdressers with him! I had to! I sat there cringing until the stylist gently told him he had alopecia.....my poor friend! The stylist poured my friend a whisky and was so sweet! But my friends condition got a lot worse before it grew back....those places are now totally grey.

When i was eight my mum attempted to trim my beautiful waist length hair. I got a trim right enough - she started at one side which was never looking straight - by the time she was satisfied it was just below my shoulders then she realised that she couldnt cut the other side being right handed!!!! I had to go about the whole weekend with lopsided hair until I got an appointment at the hairdressers who were utterly disgusted!! (mum still tells the story %26amp; even has the photos).

Another year she decided to do a home perm (80's child me...lol) I ended up looking like a poodle (yep more photos) and had to go about like that for ages til it grew out. Needless to say I've neer let her near my hair again and I dont intend to lol

One time when I was little, I found scicorrs laying around in my older brother's room. So I took them and went into a hidden corner in his room and cut my hair. One side was so short the other was long. My mom took me to get a haircut and I cried and pouted because I liked my haircut better!!!

when i was in 9 years old my mum said that i needed a hair cut and said i was going to look beautiful so i went ahead and let her and when she finsihed i rrealised it was 2 cm from my scalp (extremely short!) with my hair being curly i looked just like a boy!

when i went to school there was a new boy and he had to sit next to me! he called me his best friend and all along i was thinking this is odd that he is so friendly with me and I'm a girl! that afternoon he goes "there are 5 boys on this table and 2 girls" and i said "no theres 3 girls and 4 boys" laughing thinking he made a mistake "no" then he pointed at me then all the other boys "1,2,3,4,5!" then my friend said "er.. she isnt a boy shes a girl!" he stared at me for ages and i went bright red. he didnt ever talk to me again that year!

also that day on all the little children kept coming up to me and aksing "are you a boy or a girl?" i hated it!

i never let my mum touch my hair again!

I went to the barber cos my hair was at my shoulders. This gorgeous girl barber asked me how would I like it cut. I wasnt sure and the sign outside said Any Style for 鎷?. So I said 'Any Style'. She asked me if she could cut off very short with the clippers, so I said OK because she was so pretty. She cut it all of number O, I was almost bald. Not exactl

Once I was at a new school and I had just signed the handbook without reading it because I had a lot to do. One rule was that hair couldnt be below your collar and peoples who were would all get short haircuts at assembly the next day. So the next day in assembly they called me up and instructed me to sit down. My waist length hair was tied into a bun and ruthlessly hacked off. Then sadly buzzed to a number 2. I cried about that for a long time. It took FOREVER to grow back!

My 18 month old son gets hair cuts now and it takes me, his dad, and the barber to hold him down to cut his hair. He screams and fights like its a life or death thing. after wards he sleeps for hrs on end. Poor lil' dude.
